If possible, you can make your variation at home. Gingerbread flavor comes along with the Christmas season. Along with that, the milky smooth latte will delight your taste buds. Here’s what you need:
- 30 ml Paulig espresso
- 1,5 dl steamed milk or plant-based beverage
- 2 cl gingerbread syrup
You need to prepare a single espresso in your favorite mug. Combine warm espresso shot with syrup, in the given quantity. You need to lightly froth the milk or plant-based beverage and then add it over the espresso.
Option 2: Christmas Mocha
Do you want something more fancy and extra sweet? Christmas mocha is what your taste buds are craving. It is safe to say that it is one of a kind and it will delight your taste buds in every manner. It is like going into the chocolate heaven and if you add this to your cafe menu, the customer will order it again & again. It will make them even more enthusiastic for Christmas. Here’s what you need:
- 30 ml Paulig espresso
- 1,5 dl steamed milk
- 2 cl Tazza Chocolate sauce or 1 Tazza stick
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Gingerbread cream*
Take tazza chocolate and add it to the bottom of the mug/glass. Prepare espresso into the desired amount. You can froth daily milk and add it over the espresso. On the top, you can add gingerbread cream and then garnish cinnamon along with gingerbread cookies.
How to make gingerbread cream?
Gingerbread whipped cream
Mix 0,5 l of cream and 3 tsp Gingerbread spice in a siphon. Voila! You are done.
Option 3: Christmas filter coffee
Your cafe is located in a small area or you have limited space. Due to this, you are not considering getting an espresso machine. No worries, you can still delight the customer with something different during Christmas. For that, you need to serve Christmas filter coffee.
It has cardamom and cinnamon which are one-of-a-kind. It will take your coffee dimensions to another level. To make it even better, top it off with whipped cream and you can serve the tasty treats along with it. Here’s what you need:
- 60 grams of coffee
- 1 liter of water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- Gingerbread whipped cream
Take the filter cone, add in the ground coffee and the spices. After that, prepare the filter coffee as you do it like normal. Make it presentable with gingerbread cream and then garnish with gingerbread cookies and cinnamon. Make sure the coffee pots are washed with every use and rinse it properly so that spices do not get stuck with them.
